Tamayo)<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-29691b1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"29691b1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>\u00a0EDICTO:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Aprobado inicialmente por el Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesi\u00f3n celebrada el 23\/12\/10, el expediente municipal 131\/10, relativo al proyecto de modificaci\u00f3n puntual de las Normas UU. Municipales en O\u00f1a promovido por D. F\u00e9lix S\u00e1ez Ruiz (Cnes. Treso\u00f1a) y redactado por el Arquitecto D. Miguel \u00c1ngel Mart\u00ednez Movilla, se somete a un periodo de exposici\u00f3n p\u00fablica de dos meses contados a partir del d\u00eda siguiente a la publicaci\u00f3n del presente edicto en el BOCYL (Bolet\u00edn Oficial de Castilla y Le\u00f3n).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Durante dicho plazo, y seg\u00fan lo establecido en el art\u00edculo 52 de la Ley 5\/99 de Urbanismo de Castilla y Le\u00f3n y 155 del Decreto 22\/2004, de 29 de enero, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Urbanismo, los interesados podr\u00e1n examinar el expediente en las oficinas municipales (plaza del Ayuntamiento s\/n\u00ba de O\u00f1a), as\u00ed como efectuar, por escrito, las alegaciones que se estimen pertinentes.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El citado proyecto de modificaci\u00f3n comprende, adem\u00e1s de la oportuna planimetr\u00eda, una memoria informativa sobre la modificaci\u00f3n que se propone y una memoria vinculante.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Conforme a lo establecido en los art\u00edculos 53 de la Ley citada y 156 del Reglamento, la aprobaci\u00f3n inicial lleva aparejada la suspensi\u00f3n del otorgamiento de licencias urban\u00edsticas que contravengan las nuevas determinaciones contenidas en el planeamiento actual as\u00ed como en el propuesto.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Para mayor informaci\u00f3n sobre el contenido de la modificaci\u00f3n podr\u00e1 examinarse la misma en la p\u00e1gina web <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ayuntamientoona.com\/\">www.ayuntamientoona.com<\/a><\/p><p align=\"center\">En la Villa de O\u00f1a, a 13 de enero de 2011<\/p><p align=\"center\">EL ALCALDE, \u00a0<\/p><p align=\"center\">Fdo.
